Jamaica Hot is probably a natural hybrid between C. annuum and C. chinense, as it shows characteristics of both species. The ripe chillies can be either red or orange. The orange form is very close to the variety sold in the USA as 'Hot Lemon'.
Used to make the classic Jamaican Jerk sauce.
