The compact and productive plants carry medium sized round chillies, which ripen from pale greenish white to dark red. The chillies are held on short stalks and are prominenly displayed making this a very ornamental plant ideal for pot culture.
This cultivar is known as Feher cseresznye in Hungary.
These chillies are sweet and quite mild with thick juicy flesh. Like the 'bomb' chillies, cherries should have the core removed to leave a hollow bowl. This can then be stuffed with cream cheese or other filling and served as a hors d'oeuvre. They are also good for making salsa, and for pickling.
